With our venue designed around group accommodation, a convenient location, smaller dormitory sizes, and abundance of Ensuite leader rooms, plenty of bus parking and high levels of security, Palmers Lodge Hillspring is ideally suited for large groups seeking quality budget accommodation. There is plenty of common room space to meet with you group and for them to relax at the hostel. For over 18 groups  we have a well stocked bar onsite with the most reasonable prices in London.

Group Meals

Our kitchen is specifically designed around catering for large group meals and produces tasty and hearty meals for hungry travellers. With two course meals available from £7.50 per person, catering for you group is made affordable and easy. We can also organize tickets and travel cards for your group to make your stay a little easier.

Conferencing and events

Palmers Lodge Hillspring also have available a boardroom able to accommodate 12 people for use as a meeting/conference room. It is equipped with large a large LCD TV as well as DVD and Stereo equipment for conference use. We also have available a large entertainment hall for use for large events/conferences. It has the ability to accommodate functions of up to 250 people. We can supply tea and coffee on request as well as hot and cold buffets at additional cost. Ah la carte menus for sit down dinners can be arranged at request.

U18 Groups

At Palmers Lodge Hillspring we understand the concerns of Group Leaders in charge of U18s and we have kept these in mind when developing our product and policies. Because of this we have:

• well trained staff who can intelligently allocate rooms to groups to ensure their comfort and security
• a security card system controlling access to rooms and areas of the hostel
• a policy that groups are allocated private rooms with suitably positioned Leader rooms
• comprehensive CCTV coverage
• 24hr staff cover with security staff on duty throughout the night
• carried out a full risk analysis which is available on request
